ABOUT US As one of Australia’s fastest-growing boutique accounting firms, our progressive, cloud-based practice in the CBD is redefining what it means to work in professional services. With a young, vibrant team and a dynamic, client-focused culture, we’re experiencing rapid growth and are looking for an adaptable Administration Assistant to join us. This role offers variety, development and the opportunity to grow alongside the firm - working closely with the Office Manager to build a strong administrative foundation that supports our ongoing success.  THE ROLE We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our accounting firm. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with numbers and documents and values accuracy and discretion. Key responsibilities include: • Manage reception duties, including calls, emails and correspondence professionally • Manage multiple phone lines • Provide administrative support to accountants and management staff • Collate, format and distribute year-end tax packs and documentation • Assist with ASIC and ATO correspondence on behalf of clients • Maintain and update client records and databases • File and organise documents (digital and physical), including scanning and collecting mail • Liaise with clients to collect necessary documentation and respond to queries • Support compliance processes including document tracking • Assist with client onboarding and record maintenance • Maintain kitchen supplies and ensure office tidiness  YOU You’re an outgoing, organised and tech-savvy administrator who loves variety and takes initiative.  You’ll ideally bring: • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within accounting or professional services • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Familiarity with Xero is an advantage • Experience with BGL, FYI Docs, NowInfinity, or FuseDocs is highly regarded • Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information • Ability to work independently and support others  BENEFITS • Work with a young, ambitious team in a modern CBD office with resort-style end-of-trip facilities • Fully cloud-based systems and paperless workflows • Open to flexible working arrangements within reason • Be part of a fast-growing firm at the forefront of a rising industry • A dynamic role with variety, autonomy and genuine growth potential  WHY JOIN US If you’re looking for more than just another admin role - and want to be part of a forward-thinking firm that values innovation, teamwork and personal growth - we’d love to hear from you.
