Key responsibilities include daily calendar and logistics management, records maintenance (including expense reports), and coordinating both internal team-building and give-back events. This role requires an individual with great integrity, professionalism, and dependability who can efficiently execute duties in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Your ImpactOversee and prioritize executive calendars, proactively scheduling meetings and aligning with other administratorsArrange and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, securing facilities, and taking notes/minutesHandle sensitive and highly confidential information with discretion and professionalismCoordinate travel logistics (including itineraries) and process/reconcile expense reportsUphold both physical and electronic filing systems, including historical records.Compile information and assist in the creation of presentations (e.g., PowerPoint/Keynote)Direct the onboarding process for new team members within the departmentManage office functionality by ordering supplies and addressing equipment maintenance needsAdminister updates for the team's internal digital site (e.g., SharePoint)Plan team-building events and perform other duties as assignedQualificationsBS/BA preferred; minimum of two (2) years of relevant administrative experienceProven ability to maintain confidential information and exercise exceptional judgment when handling sensitive issuesProficient computer literacy, including expertise in Outlook, Power Point, Excel, and WordExperience with SAP, Ariba, or Keynote is a plusExceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills crucial for effective interaction with all levels of the organization, including senior executives and external partners (vendors, suppliers, etc.)Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible work style with the ability to quickly shift gears and manage multiple competing tasksDemonstrated ability to develop and sustain strong cooperative relationships across all levels and functions of the organizationWorkplace LocationLocation: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our global headquarters in Baltimore, MDWork Schedule: x4 days in office, Monday through ThursdaySponsorship Eligibility: UA does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based work authorization for this position at this time.RelocationNo relocation providedCompensation$21.16 - $26.45 USDMost new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
