Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Giza. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of tasks, including providing direct administrative support, managing phone calls with professionalism, and performing clerical duties. Additionally, the role involves assisting executives with schedules, correspondence, and maintaining effective communication across departments.Key Responsibilities• Front Desk & Client Support: Welcome guests, manage reception, handle calls and emails, and coordinate meeting schedules.• Travel & Visa Coordination: Arrange domestic and international flights, hotel bookings, itineraries, and assist with visa appointments and required documents.• Administrative Support: Assist with calendar management, prepare and format documents, and support internal teams with daily administrative tasks.• Office Operations: Manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and maintain organized filing systems and office logistics.• Meeting Preparation: Ensure meeting rooms are fully prepared with required materials and equipment.• Social Media Support: Assist with basic social media tasks, including posting content, coordinating updates, and supporting digital communication activities when needed. Job Requirements• 0–3 years of experience in an administrative role• Strong communication Skills• Fluent English (spoken & written)• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)• Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail• Ability to work independently and within a teamLocation: Giza, Egypt
