Application Deadline: 30 June 2026Department: Federal ServicesLocation: Atlanta, GACompensation: $17.20 / hourDescriptionTeleSolv Consulting is seeking a detail‑oriented General Clerk to support government operations and high‑volume documentation workflows in our Atlanta Metro office.This role will support the federal government and all applicants MUST be local to the Atlanta, GA area.This position supports the operational functions of a Government Field Office, assisting with document management, processing activities, and ceremony related tasks that advance the Government’s public service mission.Responsibilities: Retrieve and bundle Government requested files for review.Re shelve files returned by Government personnel.Connect incoming correspondence to the appropriate shelved files.Support naturalization ceremonies, including printing and distributing naturalization certificates and retrieving applicant documentation.Escort applicants, collect and log green cards, and provide general ceremony support.Support form and application processing throughout the adjudication workflow.Scan large, multi page documents.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to obtain a Public Trust/Suitability Clearance issued through the Government.Physical capability to lift, carry, bend, climb, stoop, and reach as required.Prior experience in clerical, filing, records management, or administrative support rolesExperience supporting Government operations or high volume documentation environmentsAbility to read and understand English proficiently.Ability to lift and carry 45 lbs. or more in a physical environment.Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, climbing, stooping, and reaching.About TeleSolv:Join the TeleSolv Team on our mission to provide quality and unparalleled service to our clients. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
