Role DescriptionThe Administrative Executive will provide executive administrative assistance and oversee general administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency. Responsibilities include supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication, maintaining organized records, coordinating schedules, and assisting with various administrative duties to facilitate the team’s effectiveness.QualificationsProficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills.Strong Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain professional relationships.Experience in General Administration and handling day-to-day office operations.Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal communication.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to work on-site in Melaka and collaborate effectively with team members.Previous experience in healthcare or clinical operations is advantageous.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
