Additional responsibilities include providing personal assistance to executives by arranging travel plans, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The role also involves effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and performing general clerical tasks to support the needs of the organization.QualificationsStrong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative AssistanceProficiency in Diary Management and SchedulingExcellent Communication skills for clear and professional interactionsSolid Clerical Skills, including file organization and document managementProven time management and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in office software, including word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation softwareFamiliarity with corporate standards and practices is an advantageHigh school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is a plusPrevious experience in an administrative or personal assistance role is preferred
