The Opportunity The Office Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and upkeep of the F1S Los Angeles office. This role serves as a liaison between the company, our travel advisors, suppliers, and building management to ensure the office environment runs smoothly and reflects F1S’s high service standards. The Office Coordinator supports administrative operations, manages office logistics, and helps create a welcoming, organized, and professional atmosphere for employees and visitors.This role is based in our Culver City office.Compensation: $20/hourJob Duties and Responsibilities • Act as the main point of contact with building management, including coordinating responses to maintenance issues. • Maintain the general appearance, cleanliness, and organization of the office space. • Order and manage office supplies, including replenishing inventory. • Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail, packages, and shipments; create FedEx labels as needed. • Support the reception line, ensuring coverage and timely responses. • Maintain accurate logs for deliveries, visitors, and other office-related records. • Welcome all guests, advisors, and suppliers, ensuring a high-quality customer service experience from arrival to departure. • Coordinate supplier visits alongside the Partnerships team, including scheduling, room setup, and hospitality needs. • Organize small office events, celebrations, and monthly birthday acknowledgments. • Coordinate staff lunches or office gatherings as needed. • Support execution of in-office engagement initiatives that contribute to a positive cultureSkills, Knowledge, and Experience Required • Prior experience in office coordination, administrative support, reception, or hospitality. • Professional, proactive, and customer-service oriented. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through. • Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment and work independently. • Basic proficiency with office tools (email, spreadsheets, FedEx/UPS portals, etc.). • Ability to lift and move office supplies, packages, or light equipment as needed.NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
