At Ciner Glass, we believe in craftsmanship, safety, and collaboration.As Administrative Support for our HSE Team, you play a key role in supporting our safety and wellbeing processes on site.With your precision and organizational talent, everything — from work permits to social documentation — stays perfectly in order.In short: a meticulous coordinator with an eye for structure and a passion for administrative work in a construction environment.Core Responsibilities & Key TasksDocumentation & ProceduresDraft, update, and manage HSE procedures, work instructions, and action plansProvide administrative follow-up and registration of audits, inspections, and incidentsEnsure accurate and timely processing of HSE documentation and reportingWork Permits & Social DocumentsPrepare, follow up, and handle the administrative process of work permitsMonitor, verify, and validate social documents of construction workers (Limosa forms, A1 certificates, work permits, etc.)Coordination & SupportAct as an administrative link between HSE, project leaders, and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with internal guidelines and legal requirementsContribute to effective internal communication and continuous improvement of administrative processesQualifications, Skills & ExperienceStrong administrative background with a passion for accuracy and structureMinimum certification or degree as Prevention Advisor Level 3 (or equivalent)Experience in a construction or industrial environment is a strong plusBasic knowledge of HSE or wellbeing policies is an assetFluent in Dutch and EnglishProficient in MS Office and familiar with document management systemsProactive, discreet, and able to set priorities independentlyWhy Ciner Glass?At Ciner Glass Belgium, you’ll have the opportunity to help build an ultra-modern production site from the ground up.You’ll take on a role that you can shape yourself — in an environment where pride, craftsmanship, and technology come together.This is not just a job.
