Global Business Services center located in Krakow provide global support for our line of business and corporate teams in the following areasFinanceAccountingHRITProcurementPayrollProject ManagementGBS centralizes some of the processes across Jacobs and focuses on process excellence while also advancing the transformation initiative through additional work migration.As our L&D Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in coordinating and administering global learning and development programs. You'll be the linchpin in ensuring seamless delivery of training initiatives across multiple time zones and regions.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate global training programs and sessions, ensuring seamless planning and execution across multiple time zones and regionsOversee enrolment process, monitor participation, address issues related to registration or attendance Coordinate logistic-related arrangements (e.g. book training rooms, send invitations) Stay connected and engaged with participants, facilitators, and business stakeholders to provide status updates, advice and support Provide participant data, training completion reports and evaluation data Create and maintain training coordination processes and procedures to make sure training programs are delivered and coordinated in an effective and consistent way Continuously improve existing processes by identifying gaps and inefficienciesLiaise with other L&D team members, facilitators, project managers or local administrators for required training supportUse the Learning Management System (LMS) to schedule training based on business requirements, manage enrolments (including recommendations on cancellations, re-scheduling, additional communications) and track training completion Manage employee queries through the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional customer care Review and update existing and create new knowledge resources to ensure a smooth and effective ticket resolution process to enhance efficiency and employee experience Assist with planning and coordinating learning projects, working collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders to support smooth progress and deliveryHere's what you'll needQualificationsExperience in HR and/or L&D Administration and Coordination Familiarity with global operations, showcasing the ability to engage effectively with international teams and stakeholders MS Office Suite – Excel advanced (e.g., VLOOKUP) Learning management systems Basic project management knowledge and/or skills will be an advantage High proficiency in English in written and spoken communication Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of communication settings one-on-one, small and large groups, among diverse styles and position levels WE OFFERRewarding employment - full-time employment with a salary that matches your qualificationsHybrid work model - enjoy the flexibility of working from home, with just 6 office days per monthFlexible hours - start your day anytime between 730 and 1000 AMShort Fridays - we work 6h on FridayComprehensive benefits, including Lux Med medical care, psychological support, life insurance, My Benefit cafeteria system, Multisport card co-financing, and a car/bike park sharing systemCo-financed holidays - enjoy "Wczasy pod Gruszą" for a well-deserved breakGlobal projects - engage in exciting international projectsInclusive networks - join our diverse employee networks like Women's Network, OneWorld, PRISM, Careers Network, Green Team, SpeakUp, Collectively, and moreContinuous learning - participate in our Graduate Development Program, Learners’ Community, and self-learning platformsLanguage courses - enhance your skills with courses in English, German, and PolishWe know that if we are inclusive, we’re more connected, and if we are diverse, we’re more creative.
