Job Title: Charity AdministratorLocation: Romsey (SO51)Hours: 20 hours per weekRate: £13 per hourDue to our continued growth, Alfie’s Wish is looking for an organised, compassionate, and proactive Administrator to join our close-knit team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support a charity that makes a real difference to children and families affected by cancer by creating memories. You will play a key role in the smooth running of the charity’s day-to-day operations, including booking experiences for our families we support, administrative tasks, handling calls and enquiries with empathy and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills, and be confident managing sensitive conversations.Key Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role- Strong administrative, organisational, and customer service skills- Confident in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office packages- Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail- Resilient, empathetic, and able to work independently or as part of a teamIf you love working in a team and want to make a real difference to children with cancer while using your skills in a busy, caring environment, we would love to hear from you.How to Apply:Please email your CV and a covering letter explaining why you are suited to this role to info@alfieswish.org.ukClosing Date: 30th November 2025
