Its ideal for someone whos organised, confident using IT systems, and enjoys helping others both behind the scenes and out in the community.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties IncludeSupporting the Registered Manager and office team with daily administrative tasksHandling incoming phone calls, emails, and general enquiriesMaintaining accurate client and staff records using BirdieAssisting with rota coordination, scheduling, and cover managementSupporting recruitment and onboarding (posting adverts, arranging interviews, references, compliance checks)Preparing and updating documentation such as care plans, reports, and correspondenceFiling, photocopying, and other general office dutiesCare Duties (weekends)Providing person-centred care and support to clients in their own homesPromoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all timesAbout YouPrevious experience in a care or office-based environment (essential)Confident using IT systems (Birdie experience desirable)Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise tasks effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA caring, compassionate, and professional approachWhats on Offer£12.70 per hour (weekday admin hours)Additional weekend pay at the carer rate30 hours per week, Monday to FridaySupportive, friendly working environmentOngoing training and development opportunitiesA meaningful role where you can make a real difference
