This role is critical in producing high-quality print and digital materials that align with our brand standards and support global marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have advanced InDesign expertise, a strong eye for design, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Marketing department in creating and refining print and digital collateral using Adobe InDesign, ensuring strict adherence to company brand guidelines.Design and format brochures, proposals, presentations, and promotional materials for Marketing, Sales, and Account Management teams.Customize client-specific promotional materials while maintaining design integrity and brand consistency.Ensure content flows seamlessly within layouts, applying strong visual hierarchy and readability principles.Prepare files for professional print and digital distribution, including preflight checks, color management, and export settings.Maintain an organized library of templates, assets, and design files for efficient reuse and updates.Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and provide creative solutions that meet strategic objectives.Manage multiple design requests concurrently, delivering accurate and timely outputs within agreed timeframes.SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign (master pages, styles, typography, grids, prepress).Strong understanding of layout principles, visual hierarchy, and content flow.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for supporting assets.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment and embed a culture of excellence.Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards.Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly.Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.Exceptional time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.Passion for visual storytelling and high-quality design.Required Education/QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.3–5 years of hands-on experience in professional InDesign work (print and digital).Demonstrated ability to create complex, multi-page documents and templates.Online portfolio showcasing high-quality InDesign projects.Knowledge of print production processes and digital publishing best practices.Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including sensitivity to diverse languages and cultural contexts.Appreciation for cultural diversity and global collaboration.What we offer:At Workplace Options, we don’t just deliver wellbeing services to our clients, we champion the wellbeing of our own employees as well.
