By combining creativity with data insights, you’ll produce ad visuals that elevate conversion rates and brand storytelling, making you a key creative force in scaling performance campaigns.Core ResponsibilitiesCreative Design & Execution – 40%* Design product-focused ads and static creative templates optimized for social media performance.* Translate brand guidelines and assets into compelling, platform-ready ad layouts.* Iterate designs based on performance data, A/B test outcomes, and client feedback.Client Collaboration & Communication – 25%* Partner with clients to understand goals and provide design recommendations.* Support onboarding through creative setup and product feed integrations.* Present designs and updates professionally via calls or written communication.Performance & Optimization – 20%* Review creative performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, engagement) to refine designs.* Use a test-and-learn mindset to identify what visuals drive conversions.* Collaborate with internal teams to improve design frameworks and processes.Cross-Functional Collaboration – 15%* Work with Product and Marketing teams to align on creative direction.* Contribute to internal marketing and brand design projects.* Share creative insights and help develop scalable creative workflows.RequirementsMust-Have (Required):* 1–3+ years of experience in graphic design for paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.).* Strong portfolio demonstrating ad campaigns for digital or e-commerce brands.* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.* Excellent English communication skills for client-facing interactions.* Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple design projects simultaneously.* Comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel for light data tracking or performance analysis.* Self-managed and proactive, thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.Nice-to-Have (Preferred):* Experience using Meta Ads Manager or working with paid media teams.* Background in startup, SaaS, or performance marketing settings.* Familiarity with ad automation tools or dynamic creative optimization (DCO).* Basic understanding of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) for ideation or creative inspiration.* Experience collaborating with media buyers or account managers.Tools ProficiencyRequired:* Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma* Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace* Project Management: Notion, Trello, or AsanaPreferred:* Data/Automation: Excel, Google Sheets* Ad Platforms: Meta Ads Manager* AI Tools: ChatGPT, Gemini
