Our vision is to redefine out-of-home advertising in Pakistan and build the nation’s first mobile OOH media network, expanding nationwide and beyond.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Advertising Sales Agent with proven experience in the advertising industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting our innovative Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising solutions — including digital SMD screens and mobile advertising displays.🧩 Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, approach, and onboard new clients from various industries (FMCG, real estate, telecom, retail, etc.).Promote and sell company advertising solutions, focusing on outdoor and digital display advertising.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure client satisfaction.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor trends.Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and after-sales support.💼 RequirementsMinimum 1–2 years of sales experience in the advertising or media industry (OOH, digital, print, or agency background preferred).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Good client network and understanding of market dynamics.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in closing deals.Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.💰 Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary + commission on sales.Performance-based incentives.Growth opportunities within the company.Friendly and collaborative work environment.
