Location: On-site | KathmanduDuration: 6 months (with potential for full-time placement based on performance)Stipend: Rs. 5000 per month (Adjustable based on performance)Are you a Business or Law student looking to kickstart your career in corporate advisory and compliance? Here’s your chance to gain real-world experience in U.S. business formation, restructuring, and compliance processes, all within a supportive environment where learning is valued, and growth is encouraged.We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Advisory Interns at Koirala Capital Pvt. Ltd. No prior experience in advisory is required. Just a strong willingness to learn, research, and contribute to exciting business projects.What You'll Do:1. Entity Formation SupportAssist in preparing and filing documents for LLCs, Corporations, and Partnerships.Research state-specific filing requirements and timelines.Track filing status and maintain entity records.2. Document Preparation & ReviewDraft and organize documents such as:Operating AgreementsArticles of Incorporation/OrganizationAmendments, DBAs, and Correction FilingsBuy-Sell Agreements and Ownership StructuresAssist in creating estate planning documents such as Living Trusts and Simple Wills under supervision.3. Advisory AssistanceConduct research on corporate compliance laws and regulations in different states.Help prepare business structure recommendations and comparison summaries for clients.Support in creating presentation decks, memos, and reports for client meetings.4. Filing & Compliance TrackingMaintain filing logs and renewal schedules for clients’ entities.Coordinate with state websites or portals to verify filing accuracy and deadlines.Assist in EIN applications, revocation letters, and IRS correspondence as needed.5. Client Coordination & Communication SupportDraft client emails and assist in follow-ups.Help organize client documentation folders (Google Drive/SharePoint).Take meeting notes and summarize advisory discussions.6. Database & Research ManagementKeep an updated tracker of all entities, statuses, and documents.Conduct research on tax structure comparisons, business licenses, and local regulations.What We're Looking For:Bachelor’s student or recent graduate in Business, LawStrong attention to detail and excellent documentation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication in EnglishBasic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong research and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficientlyIf you’re passionate about learning and eager to gain first-hand experience in U.S. corporate advisory and compliance, we’d love to hear from you.
