Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturing Industry (Kathmandu)

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:⁣⁣We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong background in manufacturing, cement, steel, or large industrial sectors, and proven expertise in financial planning, cost management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.⁣⁣𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:⁣⁣Oversee the company’s financial strategy, planning, and analysis to ensure sustainable growth.⁣⁣Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.⁣⁣Implement and monitor effective cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency.⁣⁣Supervise financial reporting, audits, taxation, and compliance with statutory requirements.⁣⁣Lead the finance and accounts team ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and transparency.⁣⁣Liaise with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and investors to maintain strong financial relationships.⁣⁣Develop strategies for capital allocation, working capital management, and risk mitigation.⁣⁣Support the management and board in long-term financial planning and business expansion decisions.⁣⁣Drive ERP implementation and automation of financial systems for efficiency.⁣⁣Ensure internal controls and governance are aligned with corporate policies.⁣⁣𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:⁣⁣Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.⁣⁣Minimum 6+ years of experience with at least in manufacturing, cements, steels, or large scale industries.⁣⁣Strong understanding of costing, project finance, taxation, and compliance frameworks.⁣⁣Proven ability in strategic financial planning and team leadership.⁣⁣Proven ability to lead, mentor, and scale a large finance, accounting, and internal audit team.⁣⁣Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively interact with the Board of Directors, investors, banks, and regulatory bodies.⁣Skills: compliance,financial planning,finance,capital,manufacturing,management,budgeting
