Role Description We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant for a full-time, on-site role located in Kathmandu. The Chartered Accountant will handle tasks including business planning, financial management, account oversight, budgeting, and providing strategic financial insights. They will collaborate with sales and operations teams to enhance performance, maintain regulatory compliance, and support effective decision-making. The position also involves assisting in financial audits, reporting, and managing financial risks. Qualifications Proficiency in Business Planning and Budgeting to contribute to strategic and financial forecastsExperience in Account Management and handling financial records with accuracy and attention to detailStrong capabilities in Sales and Team Management to drive team performance and align business strategiesExcellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skillsA professional Chartered Accountant qualification and experience in financial auditingKnowledge of relevant regulations and financial software is an advantage
