More info: www.philanthropyasiaalliance.org ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a purpose-driven, integrated marketing communications professional to join PAA’s Communications & Engagement team. In this role, you will design and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies that strengthen PAA’s brand, drive engagement, and deliver measurable impact. You will also create compelling digital and social content, optimise channels for performance, and develop targeted campaigns to attract, convert, and retain funding members and partners. Working across paid, owned, and earned media, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners across the Temasek Trust ecosystem to ensure consistent messaging and maximise ROI.Designation: Advocate, Marketing Communications, Philanthropy Asia AllianceReporting to: Enabler, Corporate, Philanthropy Asia AllianceKey Responsibilities:Integrated Marketing & Digital StrategyDesign and implement digital marketing strategies that optimise performance across social, search, and email channelsDevelop and execute end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to achieve key objectivesManage and optimise digital channels to increase reach, engagement, and conversionUse data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximise ROIPerformance Tracking & ROI AnalysisEstablish KPIs for content and/or campaigns and track performance using analytics toolsPrepare reports and dashboards to measure ROI and inform future strategiesProspecting & Conversion of Funding Members & PartnersDevelop targeted content/campaigns to attract and convert prospective funding members and programme partnersImplement CRM-driven initiatives to nurture leads and build long-term relationshipsEvent Engagement & C-Suite LoyaltyDesign and execute engagement strategies for high-profile events, ensuring impactful experiences for senior stakeholdersBuild loyalty programmes and tiered advocacy initiatives to strengthen relationships with C-suite executivesExecutive and Stakeholder CommunicationsDevelop compelling content across formats and platforms — including thought leadership pieces, blog features, newsletters, videos, and social media posts — to showcase PAA’s impact and voiceSupport corporate and leadership messaging, including speechwriting, talking points, and opinion piecesProvide communications support for PAA-led initiatives and convenings (e.g., the Philanthropy Asia Summit), ensuring consistency of messaging and brand voiceAgency and Partner Management: Work with agency partners to amplify content and achieve marketing communications goalsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field7–9 years of relevant experience, ideally in integrated marketing communications (digital agency experience preferred)Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into accessible, engaging contentA good understanding of digital and social media, and what drives engagement on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTubeProactive self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong attention to detailStrong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholdersHighly organised and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environmentFamiliarity with philanthropy, climate, health, and inclusive development topics is advantageous but not mandatoryApplications will be processed on a rolling basis and accepted until 5 Dec Nov 2025.
