This role will be based in Singapore and reports to the Managing Director SEA. You will be part of a multi-functional and diverse team, with different points of view, different ways of thinking and new capabilities to strengthen. Also working closely with the APAC regional marketing team. As a people leader, you will have the opportunity to mentor and develop talent while driving impactful marketing strategies across SEA.About the role: Leads identification of locally relevant consumer insights and aligns the Versuni portfolio selection and implementation for SEA. Propose and manage local short and mid-term portfolio inputting into regional business cases. Implements commercial strategy and local E2E activation plans across all sales and media channels. Allocates A&P spending and briefs Market Media Manager on locally relevant activations. Measures results and ROI, takes corrective actions and shares learnings with regional teams. The impact you’ll make:Oversees marketing for SEA across all sales and media channels: Leads the localization of Source-of-Business (SOB) and of Target Audience Supports identification of locally relevant consumer insights being a local consumers ambassador Selects local portfolio and is responsible for forecasting rolling 18-month horizon along with local line charts. Plans A&P (incl. ROI) and owns local end-to-end activation to ensure consistency across brands & channels Owns New Product Introduction (NPI) presentations for local customers, plus any internal and external trainings Owns the local marketing activation plan including 12 months integrated media calendar with ROI Briefs market Media Manager on campaigns planning Catalogues key learnings incl. audience, creative and platform performance Skills and knowledge:Have a strong understanding of SEA commercial landscape and consumers insightsSolid marketing activation experience to drive brand and business KPIsProven experience in developing annual market plans and managing budgets, including portfolio, media and communication strategy and planning, as well as, category go-to-market strategiesStrong experience in digital marketing, media planning, online sales, business / P&L management Fluent in English
