Asco Motors markets quality products and services with franchises that include Toyota, Bridgestone, Kobe, Massey Ferguson and Avis.The After Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales revenue, market share, and profitability across all Parts and Service Operations in Tonga, ensuring achievement of budgeted targets. The role involves strategic leadership, daily operations oversight, customer relationship management, staff development, and compliance with safety and corporate standards.The successful candidate will:Implement Action Plans – Ensure that action plans are executed and maintained in line with distributor requirements. Introduce Toyota Service Marketing principles to support parts and service departments in achieving objectives. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand Parts and Service operations and enhance brand awareness in the market.Day-to-Day Operations Management – Monitor workshop loading and manage work-in-progress (WIP) through weekly updates and coordination of parts ordering and back-order follow-ups.Leadership & Staff Motivation – Hold regular staff meetings to set priorities, review performance, and motivate staff for improved outcomes.Implement performance management strategies, including recruitment, coaching, and ongoing development.Identify training opportunities within the business and communicate these needs to the Training Support Office. Ensure all business units actively support and participate in TSO training programs.Safety Standards Compliance – Be a safety leader and ensure compliance with safety standards in workshops, including the management of incident reporting and safety protocols.Preferred applicants will have:Trade certificate in Motor VehicleAt least five (5) years’ senior leadership experience in a similar roleStrong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.A proven track record in strategic business development and operational efficiency.Solid understanding of the automotive industry, including parts and service operations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsExpertise in customer retention strategies and market share expansion.Commitment to fostering a safe and healthy work environment.THE PACKAGEAn attractive and competitive salary package will be offered.Applications close on 31 March 2026.Interested candidates meeting the above criteria can submit their Cover Letter and Curriculum Vitae via email with the subject line " Job Application: After Sales Manager" to: recruitment@packleaderpacific.com with HR@toyota.tsusho.com.au in copy (CC).
