Our mechanical Engineering Team uses cutting-edge technology to design gas and steam turbines, compressors, and expanders.Partner with the bestAs an Aftermarket Business Unit Leader, you will be responsible for:Collaborating with Valves Aftermarket global leadership and local sales leaders and regional channel partners to deliver operational excellence in the region.Working with aftermarket management and product line teams to set strategic direction for growth initiatives of all work processes across your region and support department.Developing and maintaining service policies, procedures and service agreements related to all aspects of service operations including financial review processes, escalation processes, customer surveys and compliance with standard guidelines.Managing Service financials including revenue and expense forecasting.Influencing standard Service metric reporting and accountability.Working with team to optimize field service capacity planning and modeling.Assisting with pricing and quoting for Revenue Cycle and relevant products.Staying current on new third-party vendor product offerings and BH functionality planning to assist prospects as they are evaluating new releases.Conducting periodic review of the BH Win/Loss data to assess current process and recommended improvements to the implementation process.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a minimum of Bachelor’s degreeBe able to demonstrate strong communication skillsBe able to demonstrate fluency English and JapaneseHave a minimum of 10 years of experience in Project managementPrevious valves experience is preferredHave previous experience in Financial and business acumen with previous P&L minimum of 5 yearsHave a strong understanding of post sales is preferredHave previous experience in a leadership position for a minimum of 5 yearsHave experience in continuous improvement/Business development for 5 yearsDemonstrated expertise in driving variable cost productivity (VCP) and inventory management is preferredCertified Lean is preferredWork in a way that works for you.We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
