A leading multi-dealership master dealer is seeking a Aftersales Manager to oversee operations across multiple automotive brands in various Caribbean markets.Key Responsibilities:Lead and motivate the Aftersales team to deliver exceptional service and meet performance targets.Drive departmental profitability through effective workshop loading, labour efficiency, and parts sales.Monitor and improve key KPIs including CSI/NPS, labour hours, and warranty performance.Ensure full compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership processes.Coach and develop staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Identify and resolve operational challenges through proactive problem-solving.Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.Skills and Experience Required:Proven Aftersales Management experience within a franchised dealership - VW or Audi experience preferred.Strong leadership, people development, and coaching skills.Commercially focused with the ability to analyse performance data and implement improvements.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to upskill teams, solve problems, and adapt to a developing market environment.Good working knowledge of DMS systems (e.g. Kerridge/CDK, Keyloop, Pinnacle) and Microsoft Office.Package:Competitive salary + performance-related bonusCompany vehicle and benefitsOngoing professional training and manufacturer development opportunities
