Role Description This is an on-site contract position based in Dakar for the role of Agent de Terrain – Éducation Financière & Inclusion Financière (F/H). The agent will conduct financial education and inclusion activities, provide support in financial literacy training, assist communities in understanding and leveraging financial tools, and facilitate workshops to promote financial inclusion. Responsibilities also include gathering data and reporting on community progress, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting local economic initiatives to stimulate sustainable growth. Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Finance are essential.Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret and utilize financial data effectively.Excellent Communication skills to engage with diverse community members and stakeholders.Proficiency in local languages is an advantage.Experience in grassroots financial education or community development is preferred.Ability to work independently in field-based environments with a strong sense of initiative.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if coupled with relevant experience.
