Construction Manager

Descripción del puesto: At Reganosa we are immersed in an exciting and challenging moment of transformation and expansion that requires the incorporation of talented people. Specifically, we are looking for a Construction Manager who wants to join the company and our team in Dakar, Senegal. Mission: Supervision of the EPC contractors works, during construction and commissioning phase of the project, as well as coordination of the interfaces.    Functions: Coordinate de PMC Field Team during the Construction Phase of the Project, being the formal interface with Client and EPC Contractors     Verify that the Construction Works are developed in accordance with the applicable Codes, Standards and Specifications     Verify EPC Contractors compliance with the construction schedule in accordance with the Contract, manage interfaces  and alert for possible deviations     Verify, where required by the Client, the fulfilment of construction milestones related to payments     Advise the Client on changes that occur during the development of the construction works     Verify that all quality dossiers associated with each item and/or system are completed, made available to the Client and properly filed     Facilitate communication between the different parties involved in the project     Verify that project risks are identified and monitored Knowledge: More than 15 years of experience in Oil/Gas Sector     Experience in PMC  and/or EPC     Construction Works Experience     Knowledge of Project Control (planning and economic)     Knowledge of Construction Works     International Experience   Certifications: Degree in Engineering     Project/Contract Management Certification Languages: Fluent in English Spanish valuable
