You will serve as the first point of contact for guests, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, answering inquiries, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.About YouPrevious experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and basic computer skills.Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
