BMS Supervisor

Key Missions:Provide expert knowledge, guidance, and leadership in the development of the BMS for the projects.Lead and direct internal staff and contractors in the planned, preventive, and reactive maintenance of the BMS and any system or software upgrades.Identify potential systems software and hardware issues that may lead to unnecessary failure of services, thereby minimizing risk, disruption, and inconvenience to building usersKeep abreast of technical development,s particularly associated with new technology in building engineering services and building management and in all aspects of the mechanical and electrical disciplines, and to contribute to departmental engineering policies.Ensure proper maintenance of materials and to advise on technology and modifications required to improve efficiency and cost savings.Ensure correct installation and commissioning of BMS elements, ensuring that all work is completed.Monitor the operation of the HVAC control systems using the BMS to monitor performance.Monitor and record values of HVAC systems to build up a database of records to provide data for energy efficiency improvement.Adjust BMS settings and parameters to meet changing conditions (environmental, Internal Needs)Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any timeComplete fault diagnosis and rectification on the whole range of BMS equipment.Records maintenance data and generates reports as needed.Train Maintenance Teams, Supervisors, the user, and other staff in the operation and use of the BMS, metering systems, and reporting. The Requirements:Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar BMS role.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, CMMS, SCADA, and WebCTRL.Strong technical background with international exposure.Excellent communication and coordination skills across diverse teams.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Flexible and available for international travel and missions.
