This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, and managing a network of agents across Nigeria. You will proactively seek partnerships with government empowerment initiatives, NGOs, and community organizations to identify and empower unemployed youth, particularly those in underserved areasKey ResponsibilitiesAgent Recruitment and OnboardingDevelop and execute a comprehensive agent recruitment strategy, targeting unemployed youth and leveraging various channels (online platforms, community outreach, referrals, etc.)Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and community organizations running empowerment programs to source potential agentsDesign and implement a smooth onboarding process, including background checks, KYC verification, and agent training on Payzeep's platform and servicesAgent Training and SupportProvide ongoing training and support to agents on product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques, and compliance requirementsDevelop training materials and conduct workshops to enhance agent skills and performanceEstablish a support system to address agent queries and challenges promptlyPerformance Management and MonitoringSet performance targets for agents and monitor their progress regularlyAnalyse agent performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedbackImplement incentive programs and reward systems to motivate agents and drive productivityPartnership DevelopmentIdentify and build strategic partnerships with government ministries (e.g., Ministry of Youth and Sports Development), state government empowerment programs, NGOs focused on youth development, and other relevant organizationsNegotiate partnership agreements and collaborate on joint initiatives to expand Payzeep's agent network and reachCompliance and Risk ManagementEnsure agents adhere to all regulatory requirements and Payzeep's internal policiesConduct regular audits and risk assessments to mitigate potential fraud and operational risksStay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to agency banking.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of agents recruited and activatedAgent retention rateAgent transaction volume and valueAgent network growthCustomer satisfaction with agent servicesNumber of partnerships establishedCompliance adherence rateQualificationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field3+ years of experience in agent network management, microfinance, or community developmentProven track record in recruiting, training, and managing a network of agents or distributorsStrong understanding of the Nigerian financial inclusion landscape and government empowerment initiativesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilitiesPassionate about social impact and empowering unemployed youthAdditional informationWe offer:Competitive Compensation.5 - day workweek.Flextime.Competitive Health Insurance (Employee + Spouse + 4 children).Wellness ProgramsEmployee Training ProgramsGrowth and DevelopmentMentoring and Counselling.
