Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals. Experience with UX design principles, including design systems, typography, color standards, and design tokens. Demonstrated experience in A/B testing and accessibility standards. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-trust, flat organizational structure. Experience partnering with AI engineers to deliver functional, user-centric solutions. Preferred Skills Portfolio showcasing integration of emerging technologies (e.g., Agentic AI) in innovative applications. Background in public sector, finance, healthcare, industrial, or enterprise automation projects. Prior involvement in digital transformation initiatives or AI-native product development.
