Job Title: Agile / Project Manager Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-time Department: Project Management / Technology / Product / OperationsAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Agile / Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact projects and driving agile transformation. The ideal candidate is skilled in project execution, stakeholder management, and enabling teams to deliver value efficiently. This position plays a key role in ensuring alignment between business goals, project timelines, and agile best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesAgile Delivery & FacilitationLead and coach teams in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.Support Product Owners in prioritizing and maintaining the product backlog.Remove impediments to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.Project ManagementDevelop project plans, scopes, and timelines for cross-functional initiatives.Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.Prepare project dashboards, documentation, and status reports for stakeholders.Coordinate with engineering, product, and business teams to align objectives.Stakeholder ManagementCommunicate project updates and key decisions to management and team members.Manage expectations, align priorities, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.Facilitate cross-team collaboration to support project execution.Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and delivery efficiency.Promote agile culture and champion best practices across the organization.Implement tools and frameworks that improve team performance and visibility.RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields.3–7 years of experience in project management, agile delivery, or PMO roles.Experience working with Agile teams in Singapore or APAC preferred.Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management methodologies.Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana).Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.Preferred CertificationsCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalentPMI-ACP / PMPSAFe Agilist (SA) or similarWhy Join UsLead impactful projects that drive innovation and business transformation in Singapore.Work with cross-functional teams across product, technology, and business.Opportunity to contribute to agile culture and organizational improvement.Competitive compensation, career progression, and professional training opportunities.
