We hope that you will join our team.Position:About The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Agri & Food Ingredients Analyst to support our commercial teamacross the main product flows of grains, sugar, starch, dairy, and molasses.This role will play a key function in supporting contract management, position reporting, and hedging activities across these supply chains. It also involves market analysis of crop, production, and demand factors for our key products, providing actionable insights to help guide trading and commercial decisions.This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to build a foundation in agri-commodity trading and develop over time into a commercial role within a dynamic regional business.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the commercial team in managing contracts, tracking positions, and maintaining accurate exposure and hedging reports.Analyse crop production, trade flows, and demand trends across grains, sugar, starch, dairy, and molasses markets.Compile and interpret market data to provide timely insights and recommendations to the trading and management teams.Coordinate with logistics, operations, and finance functions to ensure smooth execution and data accuracy across the trading cycle.Contribute to internal reporting tools and dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making (including use of Power BI and SQL where applicable).Prepare and deliver concise reports and presentations summarising market developments, risks, and opportunities.Requirements:About YouWe are looking for someone commercially minded, proactive, and passionate about the agri-food and feed industries.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Agriculture, Finance, or a related field.2–3 years’ experience in commodities, supply chain, analytics, or financial data roles (strong analytical fresh graduates may also be considered).Strong data management and analytical skills, ideally with exposure to Power BI, SQL, or similar tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.Proactive, curious, and eager to learn about the agri-commodities and food ingredients sectors.Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced commercial environment.
