Zoomlion is ranked 4th globally in its industry.Job Responsibilities:Meeting monthly sales targets.Prospecting, qualifying and generating new leads to support product lines (business units).Contact prospective clients through calls and visits to promote company's products and services.Build and maintain relations with new and existing clientsMaintain & update activities on CRM.Achieve invoice, pipeline & collections targets.Monitor the industry competitors, new products and market conditions to understand customer's specific needsPrepare and submit weekly reports to line managerSupport farmers and agribusinesses in adopting modern equipment,Conduct field demonstrations, workshops, and training for farmers and staff.Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders.Qualifications & Skills:Minimum matric / grade 12. Tertiary education is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Economics, Crop Science, Soil Science or related field (Master’s is an advantage).Knowledge of sustainable farming practices and modern agricultural technologies.A commitment to excellent customer service.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Superb interpersonal skills.Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.Must own a reliable vehicle, laptop and cellphone.Remuneration:Market related basic salary.Plus fuel allowancePlus laptop allowancePlus cellphone allowancePlus uncapped commissionPlus quarterly incentives based on performance.
