In this role, you'll get a chance to work with our awesome corporate strategy team on executing our AI-native strategy.If you’re someone who thrives on getting things done, knows how to drive change and loves enabling others through technology, we’d love to meet you!Your new adventure:Act as the central program manager for AI adoption across Pipedrive, tracking timelines, metrics and deliverablesDrive hands-on change management, including workshops, toolkits and enablement guidesCoordinate with the learning and development and internal communications teams to ensure effective delivery of AI training and messagingManage relationships with external AI vendors such as OpenAIMonitor and report on adoption metrics to leadershipHelp to define internal best practices and processes around the use of generative AI toolsHelp Pipedrive grow by embedding AI into how we work every dayDoes this sound like you?At least three to five years of experience in program or project management, specifically in cross-functional technology rolloutsProven, hands-on experience in change management (Prosci or ADKAR certification is a plus)A strong can-do attitude, great communication skills and openness to feedbackThe capability to work proactively and independently to drive outcomesA collaborative mindset and ability to partner effectively with a wide range of teamsA genuine passion for generative AI and experience as a power user of AI toolsExcellent organization skills and extreme attention to detailFluency in EnglishWhy Pipedrive?People-first culture - Be part of a team that values authenticity, champions collaboration, and supports each other—no egos, just teamwork.
