Among other actions, we support our contractors who are called to the military service, as well as care about our colleagues’ mental health by implementing different activities.About the role:The AI Application Specialists at 3Shape will play a vital role in driving the technical execution of 3Shape’s AI Strategy for After Sales. This requires individuals with a passion for AI, who can connect with business stakeholders and translate their pain points into fungible AI solutions. You will work closely with our AI Business Owner to develop AI use cases, accelerate AI implementation and stay on the cutting edge of AI technology trends.With AI being a relatively new business domain, the right candidate can have a pivotal influence on 3Shape’s AI journey.Your key responsibilities will be:Lead AI Integration: Drive the adoption of AI across the company, ensuring solutions bring measurable impactInnovate & Build: Explore, propose, and develop novel AI solutions; push the frontier of agentic AI (tool use, guardrails, knowledge-base integration)Design & Deploy Agents: Build and productionize chat/voice agents with TTS integration, LLM reasoning, and robust testing/evaluation loopsAutomate for Scale: Create automation to streamline workflows and boost operational efficiency across business unitsWork with Ownership: Operate independently or in a small, high-impact team, taking full ownership from concept to productionEnable & Train: Provide enablement and training to internal teams to maximize adoption and effective use of custom AI solutionsYour profileWhat we are hoping you have/are:Education & Experience:Master’s degree in CS, Data Science, ML, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)2–4 years in Software Engineering, or ~2 years ML experience combined with Software Engineering backgroundProven end-to-end solution ownership: you’ve shipped and supported products in production.Technical Skills:Hands-on with Agentic AI Systems (prompt engineering, tool use, and knowledge-base integration)Strong Python (Flask/FastAPI)Front-end & back-end design experienceMicrosoft stack (C#, ASP.NET Core)Web stack (JavaScript/HTML/CSS)Experience with Azure, Databricks, Palantir or GenesysOther Skills:Strong ability to learn and rapidly acquire new skills and convert them into working solutionsStrong problem-solving skillsBusiness acumen: Ability to work with business stakeholders, contextualize business problems/inefficiencies & devise adequate AI solutionsExcellent communication and collaboration skills; good EnglishAmbition to take ownership, lead development projects end-to-endEagerness to stay current with AI technology trends and industry best practicesImportant: Don’t worry if you don’t fit the profile perfectly.
