Curious about how artificial intelligence learns to "understand" humans? We’re looking for a Irish/UK English billingual/native speaker who can help shape the future of AI by teaching it the nuances of real, everyday language and culture. The role is perfect for someone with a strong command of English and a keen eye for detail. No coding or AI experience needed - we’ll teach you everything.Your daily tasks:review and edit content to ensure it matches real US/Irish/UK cultural and language norms,help AI better understand slang, tone, spelling differences, and regional context,make outbound calls to businesses in the US/UK/Irish to verify and collect data,flag anything that seems out of place, inaccurate, or culturally off,collaborate with engineering and policy teams to improve language-related processes,spot language or content trends and provide insights from a cultural perspective,use tools like Excel, speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and AI content tools - training provided,maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and data security.Requirements:native fluency in English,strong communication skills and attention to details,experience in customer service, content moderation, or any role requiring cultural sensitivity (preferred, not required),solid time management and the ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends,curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies,a collaborative mindset and a desire to grow in the AI/content space.ability to work 5 day a week, MON- SUN on shiftsNice to Have (but not required):interest in linguistics, content editing, or tech innovation,some familiarity with Excel, AI tools, or content systems.Our client offers:great benefits: LuxMed private healthcare, life insurance,Multisport card,supportive, international team - we value open-mindedness and diversity,training & development - including language courses and upskilling opportunities,clear career path - grow your skills and build your future with us,travel allowance,be part of something big - you’ll be contributing to a global project with real-worldimpact.
