This role is perfect for someone who thrives on innovation, leadership, and making a visible impact on a global scale.About the roleLead a global IT support team across Ireland, US, India, Malaysia, and Japan, ensuring high-quality service and proactive support.Manage end-user computing devices, global inventory, and lifecycle planning to keep systems up to date and secure.Provide expert Office 365 and collaboration tool support, including training, adoption, and process improvements.Partner with business units to design scalable IT solutions aligned with operational needs.Oversee budgets and IT spend, while driving continuous innovation and efficiency across services.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Proven experience managing global or distributed IT teams.Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and enterprise collaboration tools.Strong troubleshooting, system maintenance, and leadership skills.Ability to communicate clearly across regions and manage multiple priorities.Nice to HaveMicrosoft certifications (MCDST or higher).Experience driving training, process improvements, or digital transformation initiatives.Customer-focused mindset and professional demeanor under pressure.
