We are looking for a Data & Analytics Director to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.This role is ideal for a strategic, innovative and influential individual who to led the strategic development, implementation, and operational management of AI-driven initiatives across the organization. This role ensures the alignment of AI projects with business objectives, drives innovation through cutting-edge technologies, and builds the necessary human and technological capabilities to scale AI solutions effectively.Educational requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML project management.3+ years in a leadership role overseeing enterprise-level AI programs.Proven success in defining and executing AI strategies within complex organizations.Experience managing budgets, business cases, and ensuring ROI on AI investments.Demonstrated ability to oversee end-to-end AI project lifecycles and maintain operational excellence.Skills to succeed: Deep technical understanding of AI/ML technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and neural networks.Strong strategic and business acumen to connect AI solutions to business value.Excellent leadership and team development capabilities.Proficiency in AI frameworks and platforms (TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS Bedrock, etc.).Advanced stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.Knowledge of ethical AI practices, governance, and data privacy compliance.Join us!
