AI Development Engineer

About the RoleWe’re seeking a motivated Entry-Level AI Development Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior engineers and data scientists to design, build, and deploy AI-powered systems that solve real-world problems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience with modern machine learning, software engineering, and AI development workflows.ResponsibilitiesAssist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying AI and machine learning models.Write clean, maintainable code for model pipelines, data preprocessing, and production services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data science) to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Implement and evaluate algorithms for tasks such as classification, NLP, computer vision, recommendation, or predictive analytics.Help maintain and monitor AI systems in production environments.Participate in code reviews, model evaluations, and documentation processes.Conduct research on new AI tools, frameworks, and best practices to support continuous improvement.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), Java, C++, or similar languages.Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, data structures, and algorithms.Familiarity with ML libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.Experience with version control (Git) and software development best practices.Ability to learn quickly, collaborate effectively, and work in a dynamic environment.Preferred QualificationsCoursework or projects involving AI, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.Experience with data pipelines, SQL/NoSQL databases, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).Exposure to MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow) is a plus—not required.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Passion for exploring new technologies and contributing to innovative solutions.What We OfferMentorship from experienced AI and software engineers.Opportunities to work on impactful, industry-relevant AI projects.A collaborative, innovative environment with room for growth.Competitive salary and benefits.
