What you need to do Be involved in analyzing and designing the AI solutions for Dayone’s projects.   Collect Data and generate synthesis data for model training.Fine-tune and optimize AI models to reduce the response time and decrease the resource usage while still maintain the quality of service.    Develop instructions for incident handling, maintenance, information rescue, standardization of processes and regulations on operation and exploitation.  Monitor and identify AI issues in the production environment.  Communicate with other teams to ensure the service operation in the real product.  Perform additional duties as required by Line Manager.III. What you should have Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent educational background.  2 ++ years of experience in AI or relevant positions.  Knowledge of the following areas: Computer Vision, OCR pipeline, NLP information retrieval), OCR, IDP expertise is a plus.  Knowledge of AI frameworks: TensorFlow, Pytorch, Keras, Triton, TF serving.  Knowledge of model finetuning, optimization, quantization.  Experience in integrating AI models into a pipeline.  Ability to plan & organize, problem-solving, especially in emergency situations.  Be proactive, enthusiastic, hard-working.  Be integrity, careful, accurate.  Ability to work independently while using discretion in decision making and sound judgment in problem solving. IV.
