AI Engineer

Job Title: AI/Automation Engineer Location: On-site – Rawalpindi/Islamabad, Pakistan Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Pakistan Time)Job Description:We are seeking an AI Engineer (Agentic AI & Automations) with 2–4 years of experience in building and deploying production-grade AI systems. This role is about more than training models - you’ll design multi-agent workflows, build RAG pipelines, and integrate automation into real-world business environments.If you’re passionate about practical AI applications, enjoy solving business problems with LLMs, and want to work on production systems that scale, we’d love to hear from you.What You’ll Do:Design and implement agentic AI workflows using LangGraph and LangChain.Build and optimize RAG pipelines with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, etc.).Develop data pipelines and ETL flows using Python, Pandas, NumPy.Integrate AI services with APIs and automation tools (e.g. n8n, FastAPI).Deploy solutions using Docker and at least one cloud platform (AWS / GCP / Azure).Monitor performance, debug reliability issues, and ensure cost-efficient scaling.Document workflows and hand over to teams in a clear, maintainable way.What We’re Looking For?2–4 years of experience in AI/ML development or automation engineering.Strong Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, FastAPI).Hands-on experience with LLMs, LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks.Knowledge of vector databases and retrieval-based AI.Familiarity with Docker and cloud deployment.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to deliver production-ready solutions.Nice-to-have: experience with Generative AI, RPA frameworks, or real-time systems.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.Proven track record of shipping AI-powered workflows or automation in production.Ability to work independently and collaborate within a fast-paced team.Why Join Us?Work on cutting-edge agentic AI and automation projects that impact real businesses.Join a team that values innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.Grow your expertise in one of the fastest-evolving areas of applied AI.How to Apply?Send your CV to zainab.ishaq@quixasit.com with the subject line "AI Engineer"
