AI Learning & Development Program Manager — Remote Drive enterprise-wide AI learning as an AI Learning Program Manager in a hybrid, strategic contract role. Leverage instructional design, GenAI tools, and program management expertise to scale innovative training initiatives globally. Ideal for L&D professionals seeking impact, flexibility, and cutting-edge tech exposure.What is in it for you:• Salaried: $50-59 per hour.• Incorporated Business Rate: $60-70 per hour.• 12-month contract.• Potential for extension based on business needs.• Full-time position: 37.5 hours per week.• Enjoy the flexibility of remote work.• Weekday schedule with preferred working hours:• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM• 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMResponsibilities:• Partner with enterprise stakeholders to deliver on the AI learning roadmap.• Lead execution of strategic initiatives.• Curate and update learning content in LXP.• Manage AI learning programs and pilots.• Develop AI-powered video micro-series and enterprise-wide modules.• Own vendor and stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless delivery.• Measure and optimize impact by tracking KPIs and adoption metrics.• Drive engagement and enablement programs to build AI literacy across the organization• Embed AI learning into workflows through change enablement strategies.• Administer logistics and scheduling, including Smartsheet tracking and translations.• Gather insights and iterate programs and offerings based on feedback and emerging trends.• Stay ahead of AI and learning innovations to anticipate evolving business needs.What you will need to succeed:• Bachelor's degree in a related field.• 5+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, preferably in global organizations or Financial Services.• Expertise in instructional design and diverse learning modalities.• Strong understanding of AI concepts, GenAI productivity tools, and emerging technologies and background in adult learning principles or organizational development.• Proven success in program management for enterprise learning or technology adoption initiatives.• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.• Strong analytical skills and ability to measure program effectiveness.Why Recruit Action?Recruit Action (agency permit: AP-2000003) provides recruitment services through quality support and a personalized approach to job seekers and businesses.
