Hiring focus: Remote, based anywhere in Canada. Full-time or part-time.Why this role existsAI is changing how marketing and revenue teams work and the market is shifting fast. At Demand Spring, we’re building and evolving a portfolio of AI-powered services for enterprise B2B clients (think: prompt training, AI search visibility, AI SDR & data enrichment, compliance automation, AI personas, synthetic user feedback, and more).We’re looking for an AI Marketing Solutions Associate to help turn those ideas into real, working solutions. You’ll support our VP of AI Services and consultants to build, test, and refine AI services that drive measurable impact.What you’ll do• Build AI-powered solutions Configure AI and automation tools to solve concrete problems for clients and for Demand Spring. Work across multiple service areas• Experiment and iterate Run small experiments: define a hypothesis, build something, measure impact, and adjust. Juggle multiple projects at once and pivot as we learn what works in the market.• Help “productize” what works Turn successful experiments into repeatable offerings: workflows, templates, playbooks, basic “service blueprints.” Document what you build so others can reuse it—flows, prompts, configs, and edge cases.• Support client and internal initiatives Support the VP of AI Services on client work (build, refine, and occasionally help demo).
