The RoleOur company, Highland, has an exciting opportunity for a full-time AI Program Manager (or AI Business Partner) to join our business.This newly created role will lead the design, delivery and adoption of AI and automation initiatives across the Highland Group. You'll work closely with senior leaders, department heads, and technology partners to identify opportunities, develop business cases, and implement AI solutions that drive efficiency, enhance decision-making, and empower our people through smart, scalable technology.The role will be based on-site from one of our Sydney offices, with our headquarters located in Cronulla.The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and a confident communicator with the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.The BusinessHighland Group has been in business for over 18 years and is one of Australia's leading and most trusted real estate brands, with 8 offices across NSW and QLD and over 200 staff.Our offices buzz with energy, featuring music, modern renovations, and a collaborative culture. Each team member is passionate about their role and dedicated to making an impact every day.We celebrate our people through company-wide awards nights, team events, monthly lunches, and engaging social activities -fostering a supportive, dynamic, and forward-thinking environment.Duties Include, But Not Limited To Identify and manage AI and automation initiatives across multiple business areas Develop and deliver business cases for new technology-driven opportunities Partner with internal stakeholders to design and roll out scalable AI solutions Create governance and reporting frameworks to measure performance and impact Lead change management and communication strategies for AI adoption Collaborate with technical teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery Monitor AI performance metrics and ensure alignment with business goals Promote innovation and continuous improvement across the organisationIn order to be successful in this role, you will need: Proven experience in AI, digital transformation, or technology program management Strong understanding of automation, data analytics, and emerging AI technologies Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear business outcomes Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Experience working within a fast-paced, multi-site environment A strategic mindset paired with hands-on delivery capability A passion for technology, innovation and empowering people to work smarterApplicants must be Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents to be considered for this position.Why Highland?
