AI Reliability & Ops Engineer

We are seeking an AI Reliability & Ops Engineer to assist with ensuring stability, deployment support, and AI evaluation processes across our application. Your goal is to keep the system reliable while development moves quickly.You will have the opportunity to wear different hats and learn new things, as we are shipping fast and continuously improving our AI features. As part of this role, you will also help create and manage evaluation workflows for our AI components.Who we are looking for:Patient, highly detail-oriented, organized and structuredStrong focus on reliability, stability and consistent performanceExperience with testing workflows (manual or automated)Comfortable with frontend debugging tools (HTML, CSS, Web APIs, DevTools)Enjoys experimenting with software and productivity toolsProactive, curious and willing to take on new unknown tasksSkills:Familiarity with Typescript or frontend applicationsUI Testing (Playwright or similar)API Testing (Postman or similar)CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions or similar)Understanding of debugging and issue tracingNice to have:Python and pytest exposureExperience working with evaluation datasets for AI modelsVisual regression testingSecurity testingGeneral reliability engineering experience
