About The RoleWe are seeking a high-performing AI Sales Manager to drive revenue for an advanced agentic AI platform that enables enterprises to build, deploy, and orchestrate intelligent AI agents at scale.This is a quota-carrying, enterprise-focused sales role suited for individuals who have sold AI platforms, automation solutions, intelligent workflow systems, or enterprise SaaS products with deep integration needs.The ideal candidate will identify high-impact automation and productivity use cases, engage senior digital transformation stakeholders, and close multi-functional deals that empower organisations to adopt agent-driven workflows across operations, customer service, analytics, and decision-intelligence.Key ResponsibilitiesTake complete ownership of and consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas for the AgentHive platform. Identify, prospect, and successfully close new business opportunities across both enterprise and SMB segments in sectors such as technology, financial services, healthcare, retail, and professional services. Target key decision-makers, including CIOs, Chief Digital Officers, VPs of Digital Transformation, and Heads of AI/Automation. Develop and present compelling value propositions to demonstrate how agentic AI can transform business processes, decrease manual effort, and enhance decision-making. Gain a thorough understanding of enterprise workflows and pinpoint high-value use cases for AI agent deployment in customer service, operations, analytics, and back-office functions. Lead platform demonstrations, conduct workshops, and facilitate proof-of-concepts to showcase the capabilities of AgentHive. Collaborate with solution architects, data scientists, and customer success teams to ensure smooth and successful implementations. Manage complex sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders across business units, IT, security, and procurement. Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM systems. Represent at AI conferences, technology forums, and industry events on a global scale. Provide up-to-date market intelligence on agentic AI trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging use cases. Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. 4-7 years of proven experience in directly selling AI/ML platforms, automation solutions, or enterprise software to businesses. Demonstrated success in quota-carrying sales roles with a record of consistently achieving targets. International sales experience spanning multiple geographies such as North America, Europe, APAC, or the Middle East. Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, enterprise AI platforms, and business automation. Experience in selling SaaS platforms or enterprise software solutions with complex integration requirements. Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify business problems and map them to AI solutions. Excellent skills in presentation, negotiation, and communication. Willingness to travel extensively, estimated at 30-40%. Preferred QualificationsMBA from a reputed institution. Experience in selling AI agent platforms, RPA solutions, or intelligent process automation tools. Knowledge of large language models (LLMs), multi-agent systems, and agentic AI architectures. Proven track record of selling platform/API-based solutions to enterprises across various verticals. Understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance matters. Experience with low-code/no-code platforms or citizen developer tools. Experience in managing sales cycles with annual contract value exceeding $300,000.
