Finance precision meets operational rigor. You’ll be the engine that keeps processes tight, numbers accurate, systems compliant, and the workplace seamless. If you love structure, execution, and the satisfaction of a smooth-running system, this role will feel like home.What You’ll OwnFinance OperationsMaintain accurate financial records including payables, receivables, invoices, reconciliations, and expense tracking.Assist in monthly and quarterly financial reporting, dashboards, variance analysis, and budgeting support.Ensure AR discipline including follow-ups, credit notes, and billing hygiene.Govern vendor payments, corporate card spends, and approvals according to internal financial policies.Work closely with the Finance Head or CA team on financial closure, audits, and compliance documentation.Serve as the internal owner for finance tools such as Tally, Zoho Books, HRMS, and expense management systems.Operations & AdministrationManage procurement, vendor relationships, lease agreements, utilities, and facility management.Own asset lifecycle including purchase, tagging, allocation, tracking, and retrieval.Handle travel operations, reimbursements, and operational cost controls.Maintain organized documentation across legal agreements, order forms, NDAs, invoices, and operational files.Support company-wide execution rhythms including weekly reviews, quarterly planning, action follow-ups, and reporting.Compliance & Legal CoordinationMaintain compliance calendars and ensure timely filing and renewals including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and insurance.Ensure contract accuracy and storage for MSAs, SOWs, POs, DPAs, NDAs, and other operational or legal artifacts.People & Workplace SupportSupport hiring processes including job postings, interview coordination, and ATS hygiene.Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding including documentation, assets, access, identity, and letters.Help drive operational rituals including culture programs, performance cycles, OKR reviews, and HR policy execution.Contribute to smooth workspace operations, branding elements, and experience-driven office upkeep.Must-HavesExperience with financial tools such as Tally, Zoho, HRMS or ATS systems, e-sign platforms, and expense management tools.Strong understanding of contracts, billing cycles, and compliance fundamentals.Proven experience managing vendors, operational workflows, and data-heavy functions.Excellent documentation habits with an audit-ready mindset.Ability to collaborate across teams and drive accountability.Be an important part of an employee-first org that walks the talk when it comes to building culture.Check out Life @ CultureMonkey here - https://www.culturemonkey.io/life-at-culturemonkey/
