At Hypatos, our AI Tech Delivery Specialists are the technical execution experts—transforming customer requirements into working AI solutions using our out-of-the-box products while maintaining the highest standards of delivery excellence.In this role, you'll own the technical delivery of AI solutions: implementing OOTB products, managing project execution within scope and timeline, and ensuring every technical component meets our rigorous standards. As an AI Tech Delivery Specialist, you'll master our product suite, optimize implementation approaches, and help customers realize AI value faster than ever before.Responsibilities:Technical Solution DeliveryImplement AI solutions using OOTB products and standard approachesExecute technical project phases according to defined timelines and budgetsManage scope adherence and prevent scope creep through technical controlsEnsure all technical deliverables meet quality and standards requirementsProject Execution & ManagementOwn technical implementation from handoff through go-liveCoordinate technical activities across project phasesManage technical resources and timeline commitmentsProvide regular status updates on technical delivery progressStandards Implementation & OwnershipImplement and maintain technical standards across all deliveriesEnsure compliance with architectural and design guidelinesDrive adoption of approved tools, methods, and practicesAct as owner of technical implementation excellenceCustomer & Team CollaborationInterface with customers on technical implementation requirementsCollaborate with Solution Architects on technical feasibility and designWork with Technical Support Engineers to ensure smooth solution handoffCoordinate with Center of Excellence on delivery readinessEnhance and maintain self-help repositories such as knowledge bases, Q&As, and learning platforms.Collaborate closely with the Product Team to ensure strong feedback loops, driving continuous service improvement.Work with the AI Context Team to boost the accuracy and performance of our machine learning models and product offerings. Dein Profil Educational Background: Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience as a Technical Implementation Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Project Manager in AI, automation, or enterprise softwareTechnical Skills:Strong background in OOTB product implementation and configurationKnowledge of JavascriptExperience with database management (SQL, Postgres, MongoDB), understanding how to structure and manage data efficiently for varied use cases.Experience with AI/ML platforms, API integrations, and technical project deliveryKnowledge of enterprise software ecosystems and integration patternsExperience with Prompt Engineering for LLMs. Problem-Solving:You excel at breaking down complex problems and delivering clean, effective solutions.Data driven mindset, skill in making quick, well-founded decisions by considering various options and selecting the best solution.Capacity to generate new and effective solutions to challenging problems by thinking "outside the box" and applying creative approaches.Proficiency in project management methodologies and delivery frameworksUnderstanding of technical standards, architecture, and compliance requirementsCommunication Skills:Fluent in English (both written and verbal), with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical audiences.Experience working in fast-paced, innovative environmentsYou’re also unafraid to ask for help when needed.  Nice to have:Experience in finance domains such as P2P (Procure-to-Pay), O2C (Order-to-Cash), R2R (Record-to-Report), H2R (Hire-to-Retire), FP&A, or other GBS use cases is a strong plus.Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira Software, Jira Service Management, or Salesforce.Experience in JavaScript and knowledge of Python web frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, etc.).
