Trainify is committed to making AI accessible, actionable, and scalable.Role DescriptionWe are seeking contract-based AI Instructors to join our growing pool of qualified candidates for upcoming training opportunities. This is a remote contract role offered on a course-by-course basis, with instructors selected according to course availability and scheduling needs.Approximately 80% of our learners come from a business background, and the majority of our AI courses are designed from a non-technical, business-first perspective. This role is best suited for instructors who can effectively bridge the gap between AI concepts and business applications, making them accessible to professionals in fields such as marketing, HR, operations, finance, and strategy.Our programs typically run for 6 to 7 weeks, with an average of 2 hours of teaching per week (approximately 12–14 total instructional hours per course).If curriculum development, grading, or other academic tasks are required, additional hours and compensation will be assigned based on the scope of work.ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging AI courses tailored to non-technical business audiencesDesign and facilitate workshops, bootcamps, and interactive sessionsTranslate complex AI concepts (particularly Generative AI) into practical use cases relevant to business operationsCreate and update course materials that reflect current AI trendsAssess learner progress and provide constructive feedbackStay current with developments in AI tools, platforms, and real-world applicationsQualificationsStrong understanding of Generative AI tools and business applications of AIExperience teaching or training professionals in business, management, or related fieldsAbility to simplify technical content for non-technical audiencesExperience designing and delivering educational content, workshops, or bootcampsExcellent instructional, communication, and presentation skillsComfortable working independently and remotelyFamiliarity with AI use cases across departments like , marketing, finance, and operationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, AI, MIS, Data Science, or a related interdisciplinary field
