Project Manager

Job Description: SUMMARY: This role will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinatingproject activities for large, complex software implementations incollaboration with our customers’ project managers and other keystakeholders, as well as with NAVBLUE’s technical and productpersonnel. A key focus for this role will be on managing projectactivities to ensure that goals and objectives of projects areaccomplished within the prescribed time frame and fundingparameters. Responsibilities:

Develops project plans specifying goals, scheduling,identification and management of risks, contingency plans andallotment of resources; review with Senior Management asRequired Co-ordination and communication with customers and internalstakeholders in multiple countries and across multiple timezones Synchronize NAVBLUE’s project/implementation plan withcustomer’s project manager and plans Annual program planning and budget developmentAirbus AmberImplemented on 14 March 2025 Page 2 Formulates technical scope and objectives of project for projectpersonnel; manages project scope and communication withcustomers to ensure that deliverables meet customerexpectations.

Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones, andrequired tasks including hand-over to customer support (usermanuals & product documentation, scheduling training, hand-over to Account Management, orientation with NAVBLUE’scustomer support infrastructure) Liaises with team members to ensure clear understanding ofproject scope, requirements and budget Schedules and facilitates customer and project team meetings Creates and maintains activity and progress reports for bothinternal and external customers Monitors projects to ensure that they are on budget throughoutthe life of the project; identifies and reports project changes thataffect budget Establishes and maintains good communications with ProductManagement, the customer and internal staff on project issuesand concerns including managing customer expectations onrequests for changes to project deliverables.

Monitors quality of project deliverables Anticipates and devises solutions to problems that may arise inproject execution Properly notifies Management of any pending or currentescalations relating to the project that could impact the successof the project May include management of third party vendorsAcademic/Educational Requirements: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent Aviation/Aeronautical knowledgeRequired Skills/Experience:

Extensive Project Management and Implementation experience in a software technology environment, with projects of varying scope and sizePrior experience in commercial airline flight operations is preferredSuperior communication, people management and technical presentation skillsStrong problem solving, facilitation and organization skillsAble to travel to global customer sites as requiredStrong written/verbal communication skills in EnglishThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
