Aircraft Maintenance Engineer

This international foundation has enabled our Partner to combine global standards with local expertise, positioning it as a key player in Iraq’s infrastructure development. They are seeking experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineers based in Iraq to join their regional teams. In this role, you will be responsible for performing and certifying line and base maintenance tasks on fixed-wing aircraft in accordance with aviation regulations and company procedures. This role ensures aircraft are maintained to the highest standards of safety, airworthiness, and operational readiness. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft systems and components.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in compliance with approved maintenance manuals and regulatory standards.Certify completed work within the scope of the B1 license and company authorizations.Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to all maintenance procedures and recordkeeping requirements.Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and operations teams to support timely aircraft dispatch and operational readiness. Required QualificationsCRJ200 or Hawker 800XP Certifying Staff.Holding a valid license. B1or B2 or B1/B2Theory and practical type certificate.Ideally 5 years’ total experience.2-3 experience on typeMedically fit to fill fit job requirements.Agrees to work in hours , shifts and places may require.
