Project CoordinatorMain Responsibilities: 1. Manage the overall teams and reporting: Oversee day-to-day coordination across project team members. Provide updates to the Project Committee, report key issues, and maintain project documentation for tracking decisions and actions. 2. Identify issues and propose solutions: Detect project problems early and recommend practical solutions. Maintain an issue log to track status, responsible parties, and escalate unresolved issues to management when needed. 3. Seek advice to resolve issues: Coordinate with relevant internal teams or external experts to gain insight, technical input, or decisions necessary to move the project forward. 4. Monitor construction progress, schedule, and budget:
Track construction activities and related work such as permitting, licensing, and CSR. Ensure that the project stays on schedule, within budget, and aligned with contractual scope. 5. Act as focal point to external stakeholders: Serve as the primary contact for external stakeholders, especially Thai clients and TNS. Facilitate communication, manage meetings, and ensure all parties are aligned with project goals. 6. Perform duties as assigned under the supervision of the Managing Director (MD) and/or Line Manager
